Being a participant of making of a business (MOATB) was an outstanding and amazing experience. It was great collaborating with like minds and brainstorming ideas. Making of a business (MOATB) was an enlightening and educating program that exposed me to the world of entrepreneurship. It basically helps shape and build one's entrepreneurial mindset and equips one with the necessary skills needed to make a business.

Not only was the program both fun and challenging, it also enhanced my creative thinking which was invaluable. Project MOATB is an amazing initiative and I have learned so much from the program ranging from communication skills, team building spirit, creative thinking skills and so on.

I got introduced to ThinkPeople by a friend, to come in for the first edition of Making of a Business now (MOATB). It was a wonderful experience through out the whole program schedule.

My first day at the incubator is one memory that would always push me to do more, as I was in a gathering of many intelligent and smart individuals of my peer group. They all spoke well and every interaction was one that left you awed with more knowledge and curiosity to find out for yourself.

I got to be grouped with 3 other intellectuals, Muiz, Precious and Adedamola. Our very first task was to come up with a business idea, that we were going to pitch to everyone and defend why your business idea should be the one the team should work on. You got scored by your team mates and the facilitator's also had their questions for you. It wasn't a walk in the park. Because you had to be sure of what you were saying. You had to get your facts right and sound convincing with points and valid argument.

When the team finally settled for a business idea to work on, the facilitator's gave us materials to study with and work on so as to ensure your business idea was testable and practical to the society. After every stage we discussed with Facilitator's on progress made so far. It was an experience that stretched my mind and brought about better self discovery.

Although our business idea couldn't start, as an individual, i left with a lot of knowledge as regards Business world. It's an incubator that I would recommend to anyone who has a business idea and doesn't know how to flesh it up.

Project MOATB has been one of the best initiatives I have ever joined in my life. I learnt a lot about what it takes to start up a business and I also met some really incredible people too. The moments I shared with my team, bouncing off ideas and working together on our big idea, are moments I will forever appreciate.

Also the times we shared with facilitators who put us through each stage of putting together our big idea and the energy shared with members of other teams just by virtue of going through this program together are things I will always remember and be grateful for.

Going through the program put a lot of pressure on my team mates and me to think outside of the box, come up with new solutions and approach problems in innovative ways. Personally, I got to develop my leadership, presentation and critical thinking skills just by being a part of the program. And I don’t think there has ever been a time where I regretted being a part of it.

Project MOATB is a great and fun initiative for anyone looking to develop themselves, especially in the world of business. It is an amazing program filled with so much to learn for anyone looking to move to the next level in their journey of being an entrepreneur or future start up founder. It is a 10/10 program and I would highly recommend it to any young person who falls within any of the above stated categories.
